   MISSION

  • To work with individuals & couples who want to lead a full, rich life, based on their values– what is most important to them.
  • To work together, using mindfulness or present moment awareness, to discover what may be keeping them from living the life that they want.
  • To use mindfulness techniques, that is accessible to all, regardless of their spiritual beliefs. Anyone can use and benefit from mindfulness.

“Thank you so much for the wonderful mindfulness class. I truly enjoyed myself and feel that the class and the skills you taught us are having a significant impact on my life. I feel so much more present and that is such a gift.”
